世界一危険(10万人当たりの殺人発生率が世界で1番高い) と言われる、中米の小さな国エルサルバドル。(四国ぐらいの大きさ/人口650万人)
一方で、壮大な火山、世界的なサーフスポット、質の高い食物を生み出す豊かな自然に溢れる美しい国としても知られています。
20年以上世界中の酒業界を渡り歩いてきたバーテンダー、サーマンとフリス。彼らがこの国に魅了され生み出した、バーテンダーのためのalc55.5%のストロングラム、ロンコロン。　
エルサルバドル唯一のラム蒸溜所、リコレラチワタン蒸溜所で生産された6年熟成のラムを使用。そこに、単式蒸溜器で丁寧に蒸溜したジャマイカンラムをブレンドし、エレガントで奥行のあるラムに仕上げました。
熟成には、バーボンに使用していたホワイトオーク樽を使用することで、トロピカルでフルーティーな香り立ちと、焦がしキャラメルのようなほろ苦い風味が生まれます。
55.5%のストロングラム、ロンコロンはバーテンダーの個性が光るカクテルベースに使いやすく、日々様々なカクテルレシピが生まれています。

El Salvador is the smallest country in Central America bordered by Honduras, Guatemala and the Pacific Ocean. El Salvadore is generally known for its complex political history, which includes a violent city war. On the other hand, most of us aren't aware of the magnificent volcanoes, world-class surf spots, and amazing production of the finest sugar cane and coffee in the world.

Thurman Wise and Fliss Gransden, who have made their way over 20 years as bartenders, are fascinated by the place and inspired to produce the alc55.5% powerful rum, Ron Colon for bartenders.

6-year-old column-distilled Salvadoran rum, which is produced by Licorera Cihuatan distillery, one of the largest and oldest sugar producers in the country, is blended with Jamaican pot-distilled rum.

After distillation, as the rum is aged in ex-bourbon white oak barrels, the aromas of tropical fruits are apparent with warm and spicy toasted caramel flavor.

Alc55.5% strong rum "Ron Colon" is the best to be used as a modern rum cocktail base that expresses bartenders' unique creation and thus various cocktail recipes are being born every day.
